I’m excited to share the launch of the Law Firm Management Solutions Group Coaching Circle.

This monthly, small-group coaching experience is designed for non-lawyer managers and department leaders who lead administrative and business services functions and navigate the realities of managing teams in partner-driven environments.

The coaching circle brings together managers from different firms for facilitated discussion around shared challenges—communicating with clarity, balancing competing demands, influencing without formal authority, and leading teams with sound judgment.

The format is intentionally small, confidential, and practical.
